I Am Worthy Meditation Beads from Mala Collective

The I Am Worthy Mala from the Mala Collective is an excellent tool to use during meditation to go within and become centered on your truth.

A mala is a string of 108 beads where each bead holds a specific meaning. The reason for 108 beads comes from the Buddist and Hindi belief that the number carries a sacred significance of being spiritually complete. The mala ritual involves touching each bead and repeating a prayer or mantra. The repetition and meditation focus your thoughts on the message grounding it in your subconscious mind.

The I Am Worthy Mala beads are made of Rhodonite and Rudraksha. Rhodonite is the stone of love accessing the heart chakra to aid in healing the heart and helping one to achieve one's highest potential. Rudraksha seeds grow on trees in South East Asia. In Buddhism, the seeds are believed to provide inner calm and free one from negativity. The beads come with an affirmation card stating the following mantras:

I Am Worthy.

I Am deserving of all that I receive.

I Am open to the flow of love, abundance, kindness, adventure, and opportunity.

My heart is full knowing that I Am worthy of all that enters my life.
